How do I search for hotels that near me?
- by searching into the Malaysia Welcomes You website based on location and the date at Book Direct /Book room icon.
How do I find available hotels for the period I want to stay?
- by key in the location and dates that you want to travel on Malaysia Welcomes You website under the Book direct/Book room Icon.
How do I search for hotels based on the price?
- In the selection box at the top left of the search page you can sort the listing of hotels by price (other option searching of available hotels on a specific date, popularity, class or name are available)
Where can I find the contact details of the hotel?
- The full contact/address details will be given, after you have made the reservation, in the confirmation email.
Is the breakfast provided?
- It depends on the packages /room category that guests choose.
- Some hotels will provide breakfast for free.
Do you provide any packages?
- Yes. Examples are Super Deals Book Now Travel Later , Buy 1 Free 1 Promotions
- Book for 2 nights, but pay only 1 night , enjoy more free nights with longer stay with this special offer. Example : “6 nights, pay 3 nights” or “3 nights, pay 2 nights”.
- And many more depend on individual hotels’ promotions., RM63 Promotion etc.
When was the checkin and checkout time?
- General check-in 3 pm and check-out is 11 am. But most hotels offers flexibility on early check in and check out time with one day advance notice without any charges.
What are conditions for the Book Now Travel Later promotion?
- Search using the location that you wanted to visit & select the hotel from the list.
- Select the hotel with the above promotion that you want to book by any dates (dates are just tentative only)
**Remarks the dates of travel is not per dates in remarks (“Tentative”)
- Complete the payment and have a happy stay-cation anytime you want!
- (Please contact and reconfirm back the date that you choose for your reservation with the hoteler.)
YOU MAY BOOK WITH DIRECT WITH HOTEL FOR THE EXACT DATES VIA WHATSAPP /CALL TO HOTEL 7 DAYS BEFORE CHECK IN. ADVANCE BOOKINGS ARE RECOMMENDED. SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY BASIS. JUST SEND A COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO HOTEL ACCORDINGLY.
Does this hotel have airport transfer services?
- Some hotels are available with an airport shuttle but please re-confirm it through the hoteler. It may be chargeable.
What are the facilities provided?
Generally these are the facilities but differ hotel from hotel basis. Do check the information provided by the individual hotel.

Does WI-FI available?
- Wi-fi is available in most hotels however we advise guests to reconfirm it with hotels.
Does the hotel have 24 hour counter services?
- Hotels generally operate for 24 Hours but the hour may be different due to covid-19 or individual hotels/ operating conditions.
Does this hotel available with a car park?
- Some may have and some may not. Please refer to each hotel for more details.
How do I make payment?
The customer needs to pay 10% to the portal and the rest they need to pay to the hotelier when they arrive at the hotel. For selected promotions, 100% payment is required . please check in details of promotion.
Terms and conditions for Customers :
- All booking done is not refundable or exchangeable with cash and must present copies of voucher upon check in with the identity card of the name of your booking. Failure to present the voucher and id , hotel reserved the right to deny check in unless specified in their terms and conditions.
- Booking is recommended to be done directly with hotel 7 days or more before arrival.
- Bookings are subject to first come first serve basis and subject to confirmation and availability basis.
- Any amendments or queries to communicate directly with the hotel with copies of confirmation reference.
- Peak season or upgrading of rooms is possible and extra payment shall be charged and payable directly at hotel
- For promotions , there is certain validity and terms, please refer to individual hotel’s promotion details.
- Bookings are received by the hotel directly and any discrepancies shall be communicated to the hotel directly. MWY is just a booking platform/app for the participating hotels.
- All bookings are subject to terms and conditions and any queries should write /communicate officially to the hotel.
- As part of the stimulus package of the government, there is a rebate up to RM1000 for each income tax for domestic tourism rebates for all Malaysians as per offered by the Government of Malaysia for Malaysians. Do check out the details with the government’s income tax portal.
- MWY being endorsed and supported by MyBHA acts as the coordinator of the MyBHA member hotels, non MyBHA member hotels or tourism services only. All participating hotels shall be fully responsible directly should there be any discrepancies.
